ADHCP_CLIENT_WRAPPER(8)

adhcp_client_wrapper - ADHCP client wrapper binary

adhcp_client_wrapper provides no options.

Since NetworkManager(8) does not (yet) support adhcp_client(8) as DHCP client, this helper binary is needed to spawn adhcp_client(8) with NetworkManager.

Usually this binary is symlinked to /sbin/dhclient in order to imitate ISC dhclient(8).

This binary should not be called directly.
